We are so immensely excited about this new journey we are taking with Tatay's ("tah-ties") Truck, named after our loving father, Ray. Why Tatay's you may ask? Well it all started when with the most loving & caring dad out there.
Ray Alfaro, the man, the myth, the legend and our Tatay. The one who inspired all of the delicious dishes you have come to know and love. From teaching his kids how to hand roll the lumpia, to emphasizing the use of fresh ingredients as well as the importance of love in the kitchen. Ray don't play when it comes to food, they feed people's souls as well as their tummies in the Alfaro household. Tatay's truck will be an accumulation of all of those things because food is a universal language we can all speak.
This is a one-of-a-kind mobile mural. Catch us riding down the streets of Milwaukee celebrating our Filipino Heritage & our love of food!
